Daily Diet Update


Today current weight: not sure
Yesterday Exercise; 20 minutes dog walking
Yesterday Food intake;
Breakfast; coffee, grapes, orange
Mid morning snack; apple, avocado
Lunch; lamb chop, spinach, baked potato, fruit cake, tea
Afternoon; cup of tea, eclair, half scone with cream, egg sandwich
Dinner; 1/2 cabbage, broad beans, peas, brussel sprouts, potato, 5 pork balls, glass of wine, 1/4 pack of harvest crunch cereal, grapes, mango, orange, seeds, fruit cake
Evening snack; camomile tea with vanilla syrup and honey


Missed breakfast and was really hungry in the evening, despite big dinner grazed all night!
