Daily Diet Update and Reasons to be Cheerful




Sunday
Today current weight: 62kg, 137 pounds, 9 stone 10 (the scales have gone from the gym so this may not change for a few days!)
Yesterday Exercise; 1 hour dog walking
Yesterday Food intake; 
Breakfast; coffee, banana
Mid morning snack; coffee
Lunch; chicken satay salad
Afternoon; fruit cake and tea and bowl of cereal
Dinner; 2 x family sized packet of crisps and half a family sized pack of pretzels 2 glasses of champagne, bowl of soup and two rolls



Reasons to be Cheerful;
The weather was so beautiful all day and we did all the things that we love, dog walking, sitting outside at a pub, strolling around aimlessly just enjoying the beautiful day.  Deliberately and willingly  forgetting all the worries and problems that occupy so much of our minds the rest of the time.
Visiting old friends and catching up over nibbles and drinks.


Monday
Today current weight: 62kg, 137 pounds, 9 stone 10

Yesterday Food intake; 
Breakfast; bowl of cereal
Mid morning snack; coffee
Lunch; chicken breast with salad and fruit cake
Afternoon; tiramisu and pot of earl grey tea
Dinner; bacon and pea risotto and bowl of cereal

Decaff coffee with milk


Reasons to be Cheerful
Watched lots of real sport in the sun, the under 16 England team were playing at a school nearby.  It was amazing to watch, they were all over 6 feet four and men not boys and played with such passion.  We hear so much negative stuff about the younger generation, to watch such dedication was inspiring.
Then I watched two hours cricket eating cake and drinking tea in the sun, it was a perfect English country day.
The weekend had been perfect, more like a mini holiday than a break from work.
