Daily Diet Update



Today current weight: 60.8 kg/134lbs/9 stone 8lbs 
Yesterday Exercise; 20 minutes dog walking, one hour aerobics
Yesterday Food intake;
Breakfast; sunflower seeds one cup, dehydrated greens and applejuice, coffee (all coffees macchiato)
Mid morning snack; coffee, 1 grapefruit, banana
Lunch; driving 100g almonds, 2 apples
Afternoon; cup of tea with sunflower seeds 
Dinner; 1/2 cabbage, leek, pak choi, peas, spinach, chicken breast all fried together in soya sauce, 2 glasses wine
Evening snack; camomile tea with vanilla syrup and honey
