Daily Diet Update and Reasons to be Cheerful

Today current weight: 62kg, 137 pounds, 9 stone 10
Yesterday Exercise; 1 hour body balance, 20 min dog walk
Yesterday Food intake; 
Breakfast; coffee, banana
Mid morning snack; coffee
Lunch; missed as working
Afternoon; tea and seeds, nectarine, mango, apple, plum
Dinner; Indian meal, basically ate everything, including one of my dining partner's (food, didn't actually eat him, although may have done if he had stayed still long enough)
Still really missing chocolate, spent today in Easter Egg aisle at M & S planning which would be mine.

Yesterday's Reasons to be Cheerful
1. Met up with old friends and took a trip down memory lane
2. Spent an hour window shopping in Westbourne Grove, my favourite part of London
3. The hunter returned home after a long and stressful business trip, with bad jet lag and in need of TLC, reverted to a cuddly 5 year old who just wanted affection, comfort food and lots of sleep. It was nice to feel all housewifely and nurturing.


  1. If you are missing chocolate then I really recommend options drinks. They are really nice and low fat/low sugar.

  2. I love those, unfortunately it's not the diet, I gave it up for Lent so I guess the drinks would still be cheating!
