A carrot cake from the Easter bunny...

 Tea without cake is my bete noir, I made a carrot cake to celebrate all things bunnyish on Easter day.

 It was satisfyingly goo-ey and delicious....

 I had one rather huge slice, but luckily it contains 8 carrots and lots of raisins, hopefully two of my 5 a day?...
